Who can see the data

The site is hosted on a server operated by IONOS SE (Germany), acting as data processor. Emails pass through our email provider. We do not sell or share data with third parties and do not use it for automated decisions or profiling.

Fonts are served from our own server: opening the site does not make your browser contact Google or other external services. Links to other sites (for example ChainWear or the data sources) lead to pages with their own privacy notice.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format or object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Just write to info@chainwear.it; we reply within one month.

If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your country.

Changes

If we change how we process data we will update this page and the date at the top.
